Booking & Scheduling

Booking a session is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:

  1. Browse Services: Visit our Services page and select the coaching service you need
  2. Add to Cart: Click "Book Session" to add it to your cart
  3. Checkout: Complete the secure checkout with your preferred payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Square)
  4. Confirmation: You'll receive an immediate email confirmation
  5. Scheduling: Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your preferred date and time

Yes! After booking, we'll send you a scheduling link or contact you directly to choose a time that works for you.

Our availability:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
  • Sunday: Limited availability for premium bookings

We work with clients across all time zones. Just let us know your preferred timezone when scheduling.

We pride ourselves on quick response times:

  • Within 24-48 hours: Our team will reach out to schedule your session
  • Urgent sessions: If you need immediate coaching, mention it in the checkout notes and we'll prioritize your booking
  • Weekend bookings: Bookings made on weekends will be processed on the next business day

Most sessions are successfully scheduled within 24 hours of booking.

We understand that schedules change. Here's our rescheduling policy:

  • 24+ hours notice: Reschedule for free, unlimited times
  • 12-24 hours notice: One free reschedule, then $10 fee
  • Less than 12 hours: $25 rescheduling fee (to compensate the coach)

Session details: All sessions are 60 minutes delivered via video call (Zoom or Google Meet).

Booking: Pay upfront, then we'll contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your preferred time.

Yes! You'll receive a detailed receipt via email immediately after payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a fair and flexible refund policy:

  • 24+ hours before session: 100% full refund, no questions asked
  • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund (coach compensation for blocked time)
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund (coach has already prepared)
  • No-shows: No refund

Your time is valuable! If a coach cancels or doesn't show up:

  • Immediate full refund: Automatically processed
  • OR free rescheduling: Priority booking with the same or different coach
  • PLUS 20% discount: On your next session as an apology

Emergencies happen: If a coach has a genuine emergency, we'll notify you ASAP and offer the above options.

Quality assurance: Repeated cancellations by coaches result in removal from our platform.

If you lose connection: Your coach will wait 5-10 minutes for you to reconnect. If the issue persists, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.
